IV. Messaging & Communication

V. Payments, Fees, and Stripe
1. Payment Processing
All transactions are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (for EU) or Stripe Payments UK Ltd. (for UK).
Stripe acts as an independent controller of payment data.

Lynx may charge service fees or commissions for paid listings or premium features. These will always be displayed clearly before payment.

VII. Liability & Disclaimers

Lynx provides a digital space for Users to connect. We are not a contracting party to agreements between Users.
2. App and Website Availability
We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or updates may temporarily limit access.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynx’s total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Lynx in the preceding 6 months.

Lynx does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

3. Mobile-App IP
The App, including source code and design, is protected by copyright and trademark law. Copying or modifying it is prohibited.

X. Consumer & User Rights (EU & UK)
1. Right of Withdrawal
For paid services or in-App purchases, you have a 14-day withdrawal right under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, unless you request immediate service performance.

Lynx complies with all relevant EU and UK consumer protection regulations.
